William “Bill” McCulloch, 76

William “Bill” McCulloch, age 76, of Brown City, MI, died Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at McLaren Lapeer Region Hospital. William Charles McCulloch was born May 10, 1949 in Brooklyn, New York. He is the son of the late Frank and the late Doris (Sorenson) McCulloch. Bill grew up in Imlay City, MI. He was a graduate of Imlay City High School, Class of 1967. Bill was a good athlete while in high school. He attended college for a period of time. Bill proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He married Rachael Barclay on July 27, 1985 in Capac, Michigan.

He was employed as a School Bus Driver for Yale Community Schools for 12 years before retiring. Earlier in his career, Bill was employed by Hamill Seatbelt Manufacturing (a division of Firestone) in Imlay City, MI.

Bill enjoyed hunting, fishing, television and University of Michigan Sports.

He is survived by: his wife, Rachael McCulloch of Brown City, MI; step-daughters, Charlotte Giles of Texas and Shawne (Mike) Guerrero of Attica, MI; his step-son, Charles (Kathleen) Giles of Dryden, MI; grandchildren, Anthony Giles, Christopher Giles, Alexandra (Giles) Salina, Charles A. Giles, Thomas Giles, Michael Guerrero II and Kyle Guerrero; and his sister, Joan (Patrick) Rider of Flushing, MI.

Bill was preceded in death by: his parents, Frank and Doris McCulloch; sister, Nancy Cech; and his brother, Richard McCulloch.

A Celebration of Life is being planned for May. The date is to be determined.
