Francis Jacob Fox, 92

Francis Jacob Fox, 92, of Emmett passed away Friday, December 6, 2024, in the comfort of his home.

He was born in Detroit May 29, 1932, the son of the late Elmer and Isabelle (Zielinski) Fox.

His marriage to Ida Doemer was October 22, 1960, in Detroit, Michigan.

Francis worked as a wood model maker at The Big Three for 42 years until his retirement in 1992. He loved spending time with his family in his free time and loved them all dearly.

He is survived by his wife Ida of 64 years; two daughters, Alice Fox of Emmett, Beverly (James) Mayer of Emmett; a son, Alan (Michelle) Fox of Auburn, Indiana; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, four step grandchildren, 11 step great-grandchild; one great-great grandchild; a sister, Elaine Burgdoll.

Francis is predeceased by a brother, Donald and a sister, Bernice Lienau.

At this time there are no services for Francis. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Kaatz Funeral Directors, Capac.
