Carol Fulton, 86

Carol Fulton, age 86, of Goodland Twp., entered the Kingdom of God on March 8, 2025. Carol was born in Berlin Township on July 25, 1938, the daughter of Hugh and Ula Spencer. Carol, a graduate of Almont High School class of ’56, was also a member of the girls’ basketball team. In 1954, the girls’ team won the Southern Thumb League Basketball Championship, finishing the season without a single loss in or out of the league competition. Carol was married to Jerry Fulton for more than 60 years. Along with her full-time job as a stay at home mom, she helped Jerry manage the daily operations of the Mac Tool route and North Van Dyke Sales & Service.

Carol will be fondly remembered for her many gifts, talents, contributions, and accomplishments! The legacy of her talent and creativity can be seen in her quilts, table runners, small quilts for abused children, antique button displays, rugs, gardens and other countless creations. However, above all, she will be remembered for her resolute faith and love for God. She was a long time member of the West Goodland Methodist Church where she faithfully served as a senior choir member and member of the United Methodist Women’s Society. Her passion to serve God continued at her current church home, North Goodland Baptist Church where she forged many new friendships. Carol also served as an active member of the Goodland Twp. Library Board.

Carol will be deeply missed and forever in the hearts of her children, Cindy (Chris) Bilinsky, Cathy Clark, and Randy (Cyndi) Fulton; grandchildren, Lee (Heather) Bilinsky, Scott (Amber) Bilinsky, Lindsay (Josh) Koroleski, Sam (Alexandra Hull) Fulton, Mike (Amy) Fulton, and Zac (Jason Thompson) Fulton; and 10 great-grandchildren, Gavin Bilinsky, Colton Bilinsky, Adelyn Bilinsky, Lucas Bridgewater, Huxley Koroleski, Hailey Fulton, Caleb Fulton, Izzy Fulton, Paisley Fulton, and Savannah Fulton; and a brother, Patrick Spencer. Her family and friends are comforted in knowing she has been promoted from earthly angel to heavenly angel.

Carol is rejoicing in her heavenly reunion with those who predeceased her; husband, Jerry Fulton; parents, Hugh and Ula Spencer; and sisters, Betty Kaufman and Marji Montney.

Arrangements are being handled by Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City.

A memorial service will be held at North Goodland Baptist Church on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.

The family will be available for visiting from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the North Goodland Baptist Church, 3080 N. Van Dyke, Imlay City, MI.
