Ronald “Ron” Rollison, 86

Ronald “Ron” Rollison, age 86, of Dryden, Michigan, died Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Serene Gardens Assisted Living of Imlay City, MI. Ronald Raymond Rollison was born December 23, 1938 in Mt. Clemens, MI. He is the son of the late Raymond and the late Ann (Charbeneau) Rollison. Ron grew up in Mt. Clemens, MI. He is a graduate of Mt. Clemens High School. Ron proudly served in the United States Marine Corp from 1957-1960. He married Lola Lewis on June 24, 1961 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Ron and Lola moved to Dryden, MI in 1975 where they’ve lived since.

He was employed as a Semi-Truck driver by General Motors Pontiac Plant in Pontiac, MI, delivering parts for 41 years before retiring in 2002.

Ron is a former Dryden Vets member. He enjoyed going on vacations, gardening, music, and playing guitar.

He is survived by: his wife, Lola Rollison of Dryden, MI; daughters, Gina (Keith) Shatley of Dryden, MI and Lauren (Joel) Pittenger of Rochester Hills, MI; his sisters, Pam Rollison of Washington and Connie Rollison of Washington; and his grandchildren, Rachael Shatley, Payton Pittenger and Paige Pittenger.

Ron was preceded in death by: his parents, Raymond and Ann Rollison; daughter, Ronnie Rae Rollison; and his sister, Barbara Rollison.

Arrangements were entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City.
