Oralia Gutierrez, 83

Oralia Gutierrez, age 83, of Sandusky, Michigan died Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Sanilac Medical Care Facility. Oralia Gutierrez, who was known as ‘Lollie’, was born July 28, 1941 in Bruceville, Texas. She is the daughter of the late Felix and the late Lucianna (Martinez) Gutierrez. Oralia grew up in the Imlay City area. She was a graduate of Imlay City High School, Class of 1961. She was a Child Care Provider for family members when she was young.

Oralia is survived by: her sister, Guadalupe G. Rivera of Cliffside Park, NJ; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Felix and Lucianna Gutierrez; and her brothers, Eliodoro ‘Lolo’ Gutierrez and Jimmy Gutierrez.

A Mass of Christian burial was held Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 700 Maple Vista, Imlay City, MI. Reverend Fr. Charles Altermatt officiated. Burial was in Imlay Township Cemetery, Imlay City.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City, 225 N. Main Street, (down town) Imlay City, MI.
