Rosemary Shull, 93

Rosemary Shull, 93 of Capac passed away peacefully at home on April 4, 2026, just 2 months shy of her birthday. She was born in June 1932 in Science Hill, Kentucky to parents Justice G. Jones and Ruby (Dick). She was proceeded in death by her husband William B. Shull of Capac, Michigan and her eldest daughter Sherry Yahl of Naples, Florida. She is survived by her daughter Kelly (Todd) Mirsky of Gainesboro, Tennessee, her son William Tyler Shull of Capac, Michigan and Fort Pierce, Florida, her 3 grandchildren, Jennifer Dietrich, Erin Brady (Scott) and Justin Mirsky and 6 great-grandchildren.

Rosemary was not afraid of hard work and spent much of her life buying, refurbishing, selling, and renting property in MI and FL. She was an avid reader, enjoyed mornings at the coffee shop, and was a fan of leisurely Sunday drives to watch the changing seasons, but her favorite hobby was searching for treasures and bargains at yard sales and flea markets. Although Capac was her home, whenever possible, she enjoyed going to Florida in the winter months to avoid the cold weather.

Always impeccably dressed and a former beauty queen in her youth, she was a beautiful woman and an even more beautiful mother. She loved her family, her savior Jesus Christ and her heavenly father Jehovah God very much. She is now resting in His memory awaiting the Resurrection promised in John 5: 28 – 29. A graveside memorial service will be held at Capac Cemetery on Saturday, May 9 at noon. A luncheon will be held afterwards in honor of her.
