Tesnow helps team to Silver Bracket title game at Lake Of Ozarks Tourney

CAPAC — The Armada Fastpitch 13U Select softball squad, which lists Capac’s Harper Tesnow on its roster, earned the distinction of Silver Division finalist at the World Series Lake of the Ozarks Tournament  recently.

The Missouri-based event was held July 2-5. 

Armada 13U started things off with a 5-5 outcome against Washington Impact 14U on Thursday, July 2.

Later that day, they dropped a 4-2 verdict to Diamond Divas Carolina  Blue 14U.

Armada 13U followed that up Friday, July 3 with an 8-5 setback to 122 Stars Gale 14U.

The team then posted a 9-1 win against Diamond Divas Carolina Blue on Saturday, July 4.

That outcome  meant they would face Wahoos 14U for the  distinction of Silver Division champions. The Sunday July 5   confrontation drew to   a close with Wahoos 14U ahead by an 8-6 score.

Tesnow finished the tournament with two doubles.  In addition to that, she contributed three RBI, two runs and a walk to Armada 13U’s cause.
