Rafael Centeno-Lopez, Jr., age 33, of Imlay City, Michigan, died Saturday, March 14, 2026 at University of Michigan Hospital of Ann Arbor, MI. Rafael was born
August 18, 1992 in Homestead, Puerto Rico. He is the son of Rafael and Sally (Centeno) Centeno-Lopez. Rafael was a graduate of Imlay City High School, Class
of 2010.

He was employed in Customer Service by Culver’s Restaurant.

He is survived by; his parents, Rafael & Sally Centeno-Lopez; and his brothers, Richard Centeno-Lopez of Imlay City, MI and Anthony Centeno-Lopez of Davison, MI.

A memorial is not planned at this time.
