Commissioners approved: Agenda with additions; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $472,894.58; Department Head Report DPW Superintendent Ed Priehs; Resolution 2024-04; Pavement Improvement Bid-TG Priehs $83,950; Crack Treatment bid-Scodeller Construction $31,510; Pavement Markings bid-M&M Pavement Markings $22,182; Lawn Maintenance 2024 bid-Fineline Landscaping $23,520; Request for Public Hearing for Dangerous Building 330 S Cedar; 2024 Board of Review dates; 2023 Infrastructure Improvements Contractor’s Payment-Boddy Construction $283,361.36; 2024 CIP adoption; Adjournment 8:05 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
