July 8, 2026 SYNOPSIS
The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by Supervisor McLellan. Present were: Supervisor McLellan, Treasurer Mason, Trustee Winslow and Trustee Herpolsheimer.
A text amendment to the Attica Township Zoning Ordinance regarding data centers was approved.
Budget amendments for fiscal year July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026 were approved.
Attica Township Fire Department Bi-Laws were approved.
Resolution 2026-02, Semco Energy ordinance was approved.
