Mayor Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7 p.m. Commissioners present: Sadler, Tanis, Yockey; Commissioners absent: Collison, DeLuca, Ramirez; Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, DDA Director Christine Malzahn, Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with correction; Consent Agenda with minutes and bill payments $277,650.95; Set Public Hearing-425 Agreement for Tuesday, December 05, 2023; 2022-2023 FY Audit; Wade Trim proposal for Master Plan and CIP; Resolution 2023-17; OHM-Blacks Corners Rehabilitation Project; Closed session at 7:54 p.m.; TPOAM mirror raise; 457 plan for Non-union full-time employees; Adjournment 8:34 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
