SYNOPSIS
Mayor Joi Kempf called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, Demske, Rowden, Sadler, Villanueva. Commissioners absent: Tanis. Also present: City Manager Craig Horton, DPW Superintendent Ed Priehs, OHM Engineer Alex Parent, Deputy Clerk Cindy Adams and public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with bill payments of $1,345,886.19; Mayoral Proclamation for the Daughters of the American Revolution; Imlay City High School’s Homecoming Parade Permit; GLWA Amendment No 3; Officer Rock’s resignation; DPW Laborer Neil Collins reconsideration letter.
