Meeting called to order by Supervisor Groesbeck at 7:00 p.m. at 819 N. Main Street, Almont, MI. Members present were Supervisor Groesbeck, Clerk Krauss, Treasurer Streeter, and Trustees Chriss, Dodge, Eschenburg, and Sweers. The following actions were taken: 1) Approved consent agenda, 2) approved Building Department rent, re-inspection fee and defined inspectors 3) approved resolution for Special Assessment Millage for Police 4) approved General Fund Budget and Township General Appropriations Act, 5) approved Special Appropriations Act for the Fire Operational Fund and Fire Budget, 6) appointed Planning Commission member, 7) approved park board budget and tabled park manager position 8) approved signers at Tri-County Bank 9) approved resolutions to increase wages for Township Board and staff 10) tabled Police Contract for clarification 11) approved resolution for additional staff to assist with tax collection 12) approved rezoning of parcel #44-001-016-023-00 from Industrial to C-1 Commercial 13) approved rate increase in pre-cast foundations at all Township cemeteries 14) approved budget amendments. Meeting adjourned at 9:39 p.m.
