Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Mayor Pro Tem Tanis, Davis, Stempien; Commissioners absent: Blount, DeLuca, Ramirez; Also present: City Manager Horton, Interim Police Chief Rushton, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with amended minutes and bills $370,955.28; ZBA Bylaws; Resolution 2026-01; First Reading Zoning Ordinance Amendment 6.1.7; Poly Ann Trail Municipal Authority support and annual contribution of $7,000; Adjournment 7:15 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
