Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis; Also present: City Manager Horton, Fire Chief Klobucar, Wade Trim Planner Habben, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $198,019.95; Fire Dept. Policies #118, #119 and #120; Rezoning Parcel #I19-85-300-000-00 110 E Capac B-1 to B-3; Acknowledged the second reading of the NIA; NIA vote set for Tuesday, December 02, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.; 2025-11 Parade Permit-Imlay City Christian School Turkey Trot; Adjournment 8:03 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
