Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis. Also present: City Manager Horton, Fire Chief Klobucar, Police Chief Selby, Police Sergeant Leathers, Code Enforcement Officer Cutajar, Wade Trim Professional Planner Habben, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $1,148,809.10; R&R Fire Dept Ladder Truck Repair $75,453.77; Planning & Zoning fee schedule update; Circuit Court Injunction relief request Theresa Carter/Crystal’s Corner; Adjournment 8:03 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
