Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on the 27th day of May 2025, 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 150 N. Main St., Imlay City, MI.
Notice is hereby given that the Imlay City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing concerning a request submitted by Stoldt Farm Properties LLC, owner of the property located on S. Blacks Corners Rd. The applicants are requesting approval to rezone from AG (Agriculture) to I-2 (General Industrial). The Parcel Identification Number is I19-11-030-005-00.
