Please take notice that the Village of Capac, PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on May 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Capac American Legion Hall, located at 115 N. Main St., Capac, Michigan.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive comments from residents, property owners and the general public regarding a Proposed Request for an Amendment to the ZONING ORDINANCE Chapter 30 regarding Section 30-9, parts B and F, Single Family Dwellings, Mobile Homes, Prefabricated housing and Section 30-461 Table of Area, Setbacks and Height Requirements.
The Application will be available for review at the Village of Capac Hall at 131 N. Main St. at normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The PLANNING COMMISSION will receive written comments no later than Tuesday, May 6, 2025 until the close of business hours (4:00 p.m.). Additionally, at the hearing oral comments will be heard.
