PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Capac will hold its annual Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Monday, May 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 115 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, 48014.
Any individual may petition the Zoning Board of Appeals for a hearing at a reduced fee of $150.00. Applications, supporting documentation, and the payment must be submitted to the Village of Capac Office at 131 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, on or before Wednesday, April 28, 2025. For additional information, please call the office at 810-395-4355.
The Village of Capac will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for individuals with disabilities at the meeting, with five (5) days’ notice. Please write to the Village Clerk’s Office at 131 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, 48014, or call 810-395-4355.
