SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., leading the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. In attendance were Council Members Joseph Herrington, Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, and Miguel Rodriguez, along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were approved: approval of the March 17, 2025, regular meeting agenda; approval of the February 18, 2025, regular meeting minutes; appointment of James Golembiewski as Zoning Administrator; to approve the bid from Netexpress for I.T. services; to accept the Single Audit Act Compliance Report for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2024, approval of the bid from Kerr Albert Office Supplies and Furniture and to authorize grant funding for payment; to adopt the updated Personnel Policy and Handbook with the Michigan Earned Sick Time Act provisions.
