Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis. Also present: City Manager Horton, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with minutes and Bills $761,907.94; Imlay Township Intergovernmental Agreement-Fire Protection; American Tower Ground Lease Extension; F&V WWTP Grant & Project Funding Assistance; Adjournment 7:30 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
