Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis. Commissioners absent: Blount. Also present: City Manager Horton, DDA Director Malzahn, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and Bills $560,822.41; City Properties Ad hoc Update; Sign Shop Demolition to Novak Construction $30,000; City Manager to Negotiate Lease with J&J Liquidators for Fire Hall; Up to $2,000 for consultant to review Old DPW Barn; Lamb Steele Pay Application #7 $45,000 to Kapala; Adjournment 7:49 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
