Almont Community Schools Project RFPs
Almont Community Schools is seeking proposals in conjunction with the Federal Universal ERate Program for new Category 2 services for a new wireless network. Bidders shall provide, install, configure, test and commission a fully operational wireless network for all District buildings. Four (4) “hard” copies and one (1) “soft” (electronic) copy on a USB “flash” drive of the proposals are to be submitted in sealed packaging, clearly marked: “WIRELESS NETWORK SEALED BID” for Almont Community Schools and shall be identified with the Bidder’s name and address and the date and time of the bid proposal opening. No email, facsimile or other electronic bid proposals will be accepted. Each bid proposal must include all of the completed documents listed in the full RFP posted on the Almont Community Schools website (www.almontschools.org). Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of Almont Community Schools. Bidders must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in the RFP. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on January 17, 2025 at the following address: Almont Community Schools Board of Education Office, 4701 Howland Rd., Almont, MI 48003.
