SYNOPSIS
Clerk/Treasurer Keesler called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Miller, Powell, Schneider and Steffler. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler, Police Chief Daniel Willis, WWTP Superintendent Clinton Farley and Police Officer Jason Zuk.
Clerk/Treasurer Keesler swore in Councilmembers Dyke, Steffler, Miller, Schneider and Powell. Approved to appoint Mr. Dyke as President; approved to appoint Councilmember Steffler as President Pro-Tem; approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda; approved the closing of E. St. Clair from M-53 to Bristol St. from noon until 9:00 pm on December 7, 2024, for the Holly Day Light Festival and Parade; approved to purchase the proposed police interceptors, exercising Option #2, for the General Fund to loan the money to the Equipment Fund.
The meeting adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
