Clerk/Treasurer Dawn Sawicki-Franz called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Sawicki-Franz administered the Oath of Office to newly elected Commissioners Tom Blount, Stu Davis and Bob Tanis. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Tanis, Yockey. Also present: City Manager Horton, Fire Chief Klobucar, DDA Director Malzahn, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Mayor Barbara Yockey; Mayor Pro Tem Bob Tanis; Oath of Office with Mayor Yockey and Mayor Pro Tem Tanis; Fire Siren reprogramming to West Shore Services $1,205.55; Interviewed candidates for City Commission vacancy; Appointed Luke Stempien 2-year term; Oath of Office with newly appointed Commissioner Stempien; Mayor to appoint an Ad-Hoc Committee to review City property options; Lamb Steele Pay Application #6 to Kapala $66,442.50; 2025 Calendar of meetings; Close City Office Dec 26-27 and Dec 30th, 2024; American Tower-AT&T upgrades; Joi Kempf to DDA Board; Adjournment 8:04 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
