Supervisor Downey called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Bruce Downey (Supervisor), Sheila McDonald (Clerk), Deb Lewis (Treasurer) and Monica Standel (Trustee). Brad Humphrey (Trustee) was absent. Four guests were present.
Motions were passed to: approve the October 9th Regular Board meeting minutes, have the zoning enforcer look into a possible zoning violation at 3333 Knoll Road, to approve the Township meeting dates with changing the June meeting, to apply for Option 3: Comprehensive Master Plan for the update of the Township Master Plan, to approve Semco Ordinance #46, to approve the November bills with voiding Nationwide and Brad Humphrey’s check, to approve the following budget amendments: General Fund Balance to: Trash pickup $275.00, MTA meeting $763.92, Drains $2330.73, Misc Exp $1500, Insurance $22025, Auditor $750. Fire Fund Balance to: New Equipment $23183.44, Capitol Outlay $152,000. to approve the village to apply salt to the walking path for $100/ea application up to $1200, to approve the Treasurer’s report as presented, to adjourn the meeting at 8:18 p.m.
