Public invited to join Holiday Depot

Dear Editor,

The public is cordially invited to join Holiday Depot in providing a Merry Christmas for the children of low-income families in Lapeer County.

You can:
• Adopt a family
• Donate a new unwrapped toy
• Place a collection barrel/or Christmas giving tree in your business
• Hold a personal care item drive
• Hold a household needs item drive
• Volunteer to help
• Monetary donation

All donations stay in Lapeer County helping our own neighbors. The Holiday Depot of Lapeer County has been making Christmas a little brighter for our children for over three decades.

We understand some groups want to start shopping right away. Therefore, we will do our best to match your request as soon as possible. This will begin November 4. Please be aware that many families do not sign up early so this may slow us up some. Donor requests received by Nov 4 will have their families by November 25. We will be launching a new website soon—https:/ /holidaydepotlapeer .org. You can complete donor information online, email, or mail.

If you are interested in having a collection barrel, complete the enclosed form and email or mail back to us. The barrels will be delivered by the week of November 4.

The Holiday Depot Gift Center is located at 110 W. Park St., Lapeer. We are right next door to the Lapeer Chamber of Commerce. Please join us in putting smiles on the faces of area children this Christmas.
