You are hereby notified that an action to quiet title in real estate has been commenced by the Plaintiffs, Edward Owen & Bryanna Owen against Defendant Herman Springer, his unknown heirs, assigns and successors in interest, to quiet title in real property described as:
Part of Parkway Drive as Platted less Northerly 6+-feet Part of Platted Parkway Drive of Springer Park Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Liber 1 of Plats, Page 35, Lapeer County Records, being Part of Section 10, Town 7 North, Range 11 East, Attica Township, Lapeer County, State of Michigan, described as: Beginning at the South Comer of Lot 34 of said Plat of Springer Park; thence along the Northerly line of said Parkway Drive, N.56°25’12″E, 44.71 feet; thence continuing along said Northerly line, N.60°04’11″W., 29.51 feet; thence S.71°13’15″E., 25.22 feet; thence N.89°21’16″E., 18.89 feet to the Southerly line of said Parkway Drive; thence along said Southerly line, S.58°32’35″W., 45.21 feet; thence continuing along said Southerly line, S.55°44’27″W., 17.55 feet; thence N.87°54’00″W., 52.55 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 0.045 acres. Subject to all easements, restrictions and rights of way of record.
The Defendants must answer or take other action permitted by law within 28 days of the last date of publication. If the Defendant does not answer or take other action within the time allowed, judgment may be entered against the Defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint.
