Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 07, 2024, at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, a public hearing will be held before the City of Imlay City Commission pursuant to Act 198 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1974, as amended, to consider an application submitted by Adam Investment Group #2 for an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate. The public hearing will be held in the City Hall, 150 North Main Street, Imlay City, Michigan.
This application is for an investment of $2,200,000 in real and personal property located at Lot 14 and 16 Industrial Park, Imlay City, Michigan. Commonly Known as 385 Industrial Park Drive, Imlay City, MI 48444 Tax ID Numbers I19-83-021-019-71.
The owners of all real property within the Industrial Development District together with any other residents or taxpayers of the City of Imlay City shall have the right to appear at this public hearing and be heard.
