SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Kuligowski, Powell, Steffler and Schneider. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and Police Chief Daniel Willis.
Approved the agenda, approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved the payment in the amount of $196,581.20 to T.G. Priehs for the work completed on the road project; approved to designate Manager Kerbyson as the Village’s official representative at the MML Annual Meeting; approved a letter giving permission to Roots BBQ Restaurant, LLC allowing use of East St. Clair for their temporary outdoor service for the Heritage Festival.
The meeting adjourned at 8:11 p.m.
