SYNOPSIS
President Schneider called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Dyke, Feldman, Glasser, Steffler and Schneider. Councilmembers Kuligowski and Powell were absent. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler, DPW Superintendent Bryan Treat and Police Chief Daniel Willis.
Approved the agenda, approved the consent agenda with corrections; approved the employment contract for Mr. Willis as the new Almont Police Chief; approved to adopt Resolution #24-08-01 to transfer money from the General Fund to the Equipment Fund with the repayment schedules as presented; approved the disposal of the equipment on GovDeals.com;
The meeting adjourned at 8:38 p.m.
