The Settlor, Margaret Laarman, DOB August 15, 1929, who lived at 622 Vista Del Sol, Lapeer, MI 48446 died July 17, 2024. There is no Personal Representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Laarman Family Trust dated July 30, 1997, as amended, will forever banned unless presented to Diana L. Gibbard, 622 Vista Del Sol, Lapeer, MI 48446, Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
