Dear Editor,

Thank you for another successful Attica Days! We want to thank everyone who attended the festival. The weather was beautiful both days!!

On Saturday the car and motorcycle show was a success with so many beautiful cars and motorcycles, it had to be a hard decision. Congratulations to Ben Palmer for People's Choice, Katlyn and Greg Rowden for Best Custom, Bill Huss for Best in Show and Wayne James for Most Original.

Also winners for their motorcycles were Mark Adkins, Frank Ranthaler, Terry Bunch and Peter Spada. Many people who visited the car show also received breakfast from the Attica Methodist Church.

We would like to thank those that visited and supported the Attica Museum during our Festival. Thank you to the Seven Ponds Astronomy Club for returning!

The music, coordinated by Keith Davison, kept everyone entertained while they wandered the festival enjoying the crafters, vendors and food trucks.

The inflatables were a hit with the kids, especially with the water slides!! The kids' central tent was a success with everything from sand art, giant bubble making, carnival games, the Bubble Lady and more. The petting zoo was enjoyed by all.

The cornhole tournament inside the beer tent put on by the Eagles of Imlay City had 25 team entries. The 1st place winners were Trey Hill and Josh Demski. We can't forget to mention the amazing fireworks show put on by Michigan Family Fireworks on Saturday night. The perfect way to end our festival!

To those who volunteered individually or as part of The Young Marines, we couldn't have done it without you! Thank you to the committee members who worked to make this event something the community can enjoy.

We want to express our deepest appreciation of those businesses who were sponsors:

PLATINUM - Attica Township, Owen Tree Service, Owen Lawn Care, Bryan's Supermarket, Efficient Foam Insulation, Kapala Heating & Air Conditioning, View Newspaper Group, HealthQuest Phycical Therapy - Imlay City, White Feather Farm, Rowley Auctions, and Choice One Bank.

BRONZE - Inkspot Custom Screenprinting, Meeschs, LLC, BJ Septic, Paul Rhein Jr. Disposal, Rowley's Grocery, RYO Distribution, Inc., D&K Market, Ruth Hughes Memorial Library and Rolling Hills Golf Club.

Fun was had by all who attended! If you didn't make it out this year, we are already planning next year's event. It is a fun family friendly festival, and we encourage you to volunteer, become a craft or food vendor or attend to support your community!

We can't wait to see everyone next year on July 9 and July 10, 2027, when we will do it all again.

Thank you and see you next year!!
