Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Mayor Pro Tem Tanis, Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien; Also present: City Manager Horton, DPW Superintendent Priehs, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with adjustment; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $501,316.07 and $269,059.16; Proclamation – Officer Robert Velasco; City Hall Building Security option 3; Resolution 2026-02 Street & Sidewalk Improvement Millage Renewal; Resolution 2026-03 Establish 2026 Special Assessment Tax Roll of Unpaid 2025 Charges; Resolution 2026-05 Opposing State Legislation that would Preempt Local Zoning Authority Regarding Housing Development; CWSRF public hearing April 21, 2026; 2026-27 Budget Public Hearing May 5, 2026; Special Event 2026-03 Cinco De Mayo May 02, 2026; Special Event Permit 2026-02 Imlay City Chamber Summer Fest August 7 through August 9, 2026; Parade Permit 2026-02 Imlay City Summer Fest Parade August 8, 2026; Lions Park Closure April 13, 2026 until project competition; Adjournment 8:09 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
