PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Village of Capac will hold the annual Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Capac Municipal Building, 208 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan. Any individual may petition the Zoning Board of Appeals for a hearing at a reduced fee of $150.00. Applications, supporting documentation, and the fee must be on file at the Village of Capac Office, 208 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, on or before Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Additional information may be obtained by calling the office at 810-395-4355.
The Village of Capac will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon five (5) days’ notice by writing the Village Clerk’s office at 131 N. Main Street, Capac, Michigan, 48014 or calling 810-395-4355.
