The Settlor, Charles Manke, DOB February 17, 1929, who lived at 7931 Clear Lake Road, Brown City, Michigan 48416 died December 29, 2025. There is no Personal Representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued.
Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Charles Manke Trust dated May 8, 2019, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Randy Treash, 3710 Earl West Road, Brown City, Michigan 48416, Trustee, within four (4) months after the date of publication.
Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
