ZONING ORDINANCE
Title
AN ORDINANCE to secure the public health, safety and general welfare of the residents and property owners of the City of Imlay City, Lapeer County, Michigan by deleting the definition of wind energy system; modifying regulations regarding various permitted uses; conditional land uses and special land uses in the office and commercial districts; adding restaurant food trucks as a conditional land use within the B-2 and B-3 commercial districts, and repealing all Ordinances and/or Resolutions in conflict therewith.
