SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance. In attendance were Council Members President Debra Hlubic, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, Miguel Rodriguez, and Patricia Weyhrauch, along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were passed: approval of the February 17, 2026, regular meeting agenda; the January 20, 2026, regular meeting minutes; bills totaling $790,726.55; the reappointment of Joseph Remenap to serve on the Zoning Board of Appeals; and the reappointment of Steven Krause and Janice Schoenherr to serve on the Planning Commission; to authorize Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Crystal Potter to be added as an authorized signer to the Village of Capac financial accounts.
