Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis; Also present: City Manager Horton, DPW Superintendent Priehs, Wade Trim Planner Habben, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $506,165.45; Ordinance #151-20; Ordinance #151-21; Resolution 2025-21; 2026 City Calendar; Adjournment 7:40 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
