December 8, 2025
Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Supervisor Winn. Pledge of Allegiance recited. Members present: Klos, Parks, Winn, Christian and Wittstock. November minutes approved. Treasurer’s report approved. Fire report by Chief Kirkum and Brian Schoenherr: 21 runs last month, Breakfast with Santa went well (over 300 attended) new skid for the grass truck still being worked on and approval given to contract One Billing Solutions to take care of all billable runs (they keep 15%). Planning Commission: one split was requested, but drawings were not complete – tabled. Senior report: Christmas party went very well; exercise is every Monday at 11 a.m. and cards is every Tuesday at noon; next potluck is 1/27 at noon. Park report: no activities this month. Discussed: Surface Road Program is replacing match monies fund, there will be a sub building inspector for 3 months and cemetery grave lot prices will likely go up in April. Audience: thanks to Fire Department for another great Breakfast with Santa, Capac Police Department might assist with speeding issues on Capac Road and tire shop issue mentioned. Motion to pay the bills approved.
