SYNOPSIS
President Dyke called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Councilmembers present were Feldman, Glasser, Miller, Powell, Schneider, Steffler and Dyke. Staff members present were Village Manager Dale Kerbyson, Clerk/Treasurer Kimberly Keesler and Police Chief Daniel Willis.
Approved the agenda; approved the consent agenda with corrections; consensus of Council to hold a first reading of Ordinance #209; approved to go into closed session (9:46 pm) in accordance with Section 8(d) of the Michigan Open Meetings Act, being Public Act 267 of 1976, to consider the purchase of real property; returned from closed session at 10:19 p.m.
The meeting adjourned at 10:21 p.m.
