ORDINANCE NO. 209
An ordinance to authorize and regulate the operation of off-road vehicles (ORVs) within the Village of Almont for the purpose of promoting the health, safety, and general welfare of the inhabitants of the Village; to authorize and regulate the operation of ORVs on Village streets, to provide penalties for violations, and to provide for the distribution of public funds resulting from those penalties pursuant to 2011 PA 107, MCL 324.81131.

The undersigned President and Clerk of the Village of Almont hereby certify that this ordinance was adopted at a Regular Meeting of the Almont Village Council held on the 4th day of November 2025 and was published in the Tri-City Times on the 12th of November 2025.
