Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the Township of Goodland will hold a public hearing on the 23rd of October, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Goodland Township Hall located at 2374 N. Van Dyke Rd., Imlay City MI 48444.
The purpose of the hearing will be to hear any and all comments regarding a Special Land Use application for housing for farm labor for Valley Farms LLC to be located on Abbott Rd., Imlay City MI 48444 on property identified as tax parcel number 44-009-012-004-00 and described as: Sect. 12, T8N R12E NW ¼; 160 acres. As proposed, additional dwelling(s) would be added on the property to be used for housing for farm labor.
Written comments regarding this Special Land Use application must be received no later than Monday, October 20. They may be directed to:

This notice is posted in compliance with PA 267 of 1976 as amended (Open Meeting Act), MCLA 41.72a (2) (3) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
