Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis; Also present: City Manager Horton, Fire Chief Klobucar, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $939,277.53; Code of Ordinance Amendment-Ordinance No. 94-03 Fire Prevention second reading and approval; Rezone parcel I19-66-300-000-00 from R-2 to RM-1 with two restrictions; Closed session 7:31 p.m.; Open 7:36 p.m.; Optical Reimbursement Benefit for non-union employees; Adjournment 7:40 PM.
