SPECIAL LAND USE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Imlay City will hold a public hearing on the 24th day of June 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, located at 150 N. Main St., Imlay City, MI.
The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the application by Living Works LLC for a Special Land Use approval for the purpose of adding a pharmacy drive thru window in a B-3 (General Business) District to be located at 591 S. Cedar St., Imlay City, MI 48444 on property identified as tax parcel number 19-83-201-000-00.
Comments may be submitted in writing or in person. Persons with disabilities needing accommodations for effective participation should contact the city clerk a week in advance of the meeting to request mobility, visual, hearing or other assistance.
