SYNOPSIS
President Debra Hlubic called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., leading the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. In attendance were President Debra Hlubic, President Pro Tempore Joseph Herrington, and Council Members Mary Klug, Lynne Mandeville, Samantha Ramirez, Miguel Rodriguez, and Patricia Weyhrauch, along with Village Manager Travis Youatt and Clerk LeAnn Brewer.
The following motions were approved: approval of the May 19, 2025, regular meeting agenda; approval of the April 21, 2025, regular meeting minutes; approval of bills totaling $522,893.77; approval of the waiver of garage sale permit fees for the Community Garage Sale to be held on July 24, 25, 26, and 27, 2025; adoption of Ordinance No. 25-01 to amend certain sections of Chapter 3 (Zoning) of the Village of Capac Code of Ordinances; approval of the Special Event Permit for the Capac Memorial Day Parade on May 26, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.; and approval of the bid from NetXpress of $3,250.00 to install internet service at the Capac Municipal Building. Adjournment at 6:30 p.m.
