Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis. Also present: City Manager Horton, DDA Director Malzahn, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda; Consent Agenda with minutes and bills $244,613.60; Mayor Yockey to sign City Manager Horton’s contract; Commissioner Tanis’ recusal; $50,000 in additional funds for DPW Barn; Holdwicks $9,950 Old Fire Hall HVAC repair; Resolution 2025-09; Special Event Permit 2025-03-Gateway Gas Giveaway; Special Event Permit #2025-06 Veterans Memorial Day Event; Parade Permit 2025-02 Senior Swingout; Resolution 2025-11 DNR Rotary Park revision; Adjournment 7:40 p.m. Submitted by Dawn Sawicki-Franz, City Clerk.
