Stick with what you have been successful at

Dear Editor,

I am not an economist, neither is our Felon and Chief, but Trump says he has common sense.

He has launched trade wars with no allies, no preparation and, I believe, no understanding of the global economy.

Our Felon and Chief claims we have been ‘ripped off.’ We Americans have thrived in recent decades, while other democracies have fallen behind.

Since 2020 we have grown at three times the rate of other G-7 countries! Why screw with success?

Our Felon and Chief says he will create millions of new jobs with these tariffs; we are at less than 4% unemployment.

Who will fill these jobs, immigrants? Do we need millions more immigrant workers and their families in America?

A lot of our products contain components from Mexico and China, (SO WHAT) we’re the largest economy in the world. Why screw with success.

These trade wars are eroding worldwide confidence and respect for America. Do you think the world is beginning to look at us as a rogue nation led by a Wanna-Be strongman?

Mr. Trump stick with what you have been successful at – hotels and golf courses. We know you can keep the linens clean and the grass green. Don’t screw-up our success.
