Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 6:00 p.m. Commissioners present: T. Blount, Davis, Stempien, Tanis. Commissioners absent: DeLuca, Ramirez. Also present: City Manager Horton, Wade Trim, Professional Planner Habben, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and public. In addition (by invitation) Planning Commission: Chair Bargen, Vice-Chair J. Blount, Mayor Yockey, Demske, Germayne, Tanis. Absent: Lengemann In addition (by invitation) DDA Board: DDA Director Malzahn, Mayor Yockey, Bargen, Davis, Robbins, Shattuck. Absent: Docherty, Jorgensen, Kempf.
