Mayor Yockey called the meeting to order and lead the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Blount, Davis, DeLuca, Ramirez, Stempien, Tanis. Also present: City Manager Horton, DDA Director Malzahn, Waste Water Treatment Plant Superintendent Rankin, Spicer Design Engineer Szaroletta, Clerk/Treasurer Sawicki-Franz and Public. Commissioners approved: Agenda with addition; Consent Agenda with minutes and Bills $224,829.35; Resolution 2025-05 DNR Rotary Park Improvements $2,500; Resolution 2025-06 DDA LCCF Pavilion Grant; WWTP Splitter Box-American Excavating Ltd $106,550; FY 2025-26 Draft Budget Public Hearing Publication and date set for Tuesday, May 06, 2025 at 7 p.m.; City Manager Contract postponed to April 15, 2025 at 6 p.m.; Adjournment 8:14 PM.
